Step-by-Step Reset Process

Step 1: Request Password Reset

From the login screen, tap "Forgot password"

1. Enter the email address associated with your account
2. Tap "Send Reset Email"

Step 2: Check Your Email

1. Open your email inbox
2. Look for the Aura Air password reset email
3. Check spam folder if you don't see it
4. Tap "Open Email App" for quick access

Step 3: Create New Password

1. Follow the link in your email
2. Enter your new password
3. Confirm the password by retyping it
4. Tap "Reset Password"

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• Use letters, numbers, and symbols
• Choose something you haven't used before
