Consumer App: Account Setup & Navigation

This guide covers how to download the Aura Air consumer app, create your account or sign in, and navigate your device dashboard.

 

Step 1 — Account Access

Open the Aura Air app. You will see the login screen — "Welcome back, Sign in to your account."

You have the following options to access your account:

How to Use It

Email & Password

Enter your registered email and password, then tap LOG IN.

Continue with Phone

Enter your phone number to receive a 6-digit verification code by SMS. Then tap VERIFY & LOG IN.

Continue with Google

Sign in instantly using your existing Google account. No password needed.

Forgot your password?

Tap the link below LOG IN. A password reset email will be sent to your registered address.

Don't have an account?

Tap SIGN UP at the bottom of the screen to create a new account.

 

Signing In with Your Phone Number

To sign in using your mobile number:

  1. Tap Continue with Phone on the login screen.
  2. Select your country code and enter your phone number.
  3. Tap NEXT.
  4. Check your SMS messages for the 6-digit verification code.
  5. Enter the code on the Verify Your Phone screen.
  6. Tap VERIFY & LOG IN.

 

* Didn't receive the code? Wait for the countdown timer to finish, then tap Resend Code.


New Users — Create Your Account

If you don't have an account yet, tap SIGN UP at the bottom of the login screen. Account creation has 3 steps, shown as a progress bar at the top of the screen.

 

Step 1 of 3 — Enter Your Name

  1. Enter your full name in the field.
  2. Tap NEXT to continue.

 

Step 2 of 3 — Verify Your Email & Phone

Provide your contact details so Aura Air can verify your identity:

  1. Enter your Email Address — a verification code will be sent to this email.
  2. Enter your Phone Number — include your country code (e.g. +1 for the US).
  3. Check the box to agree to Aura Air's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Tap NEXT.

 

*You must check the Terms of Service checkbox before the NEXT button becomes active.

*Check your spam folder if the verification code email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

 

Step 3 of 3 — Set Your Password

Create a secure password for your account and tap the button to complete registration. You will be logged in automatically.

Use a strong password: at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.


Step 2 — Understanding Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll land on the Devices screen — your main home screen in the app.

 

First-Time Users

If you haven't paired a device yet, you'll see: "You haven't added any Aura devices yet."

Tap Add Your First Device to begin pairing your purifier. For the full step-by-step pairing guide, see the article "Consumer App: Device Pairing Process".

 

Existing Users Dashboard

Once you have devices paired, your dashboard shows:

 

Dashboard Element

Description

Favorites section

Your most-used devices shown with real-time AQI readings.

Room organization

Devices grouped by room (e.g. Living Room, Bedroom, Office).

Device status

Each card shows whether the device is connected, turned off, or disconnected.

AQI color coding

Green = Good air quality, Yellow = Moderate, Orange/Red = Poor.

 

Adding Additional Devices

To add another device at any time, tap the " + " icon in the upper-right corner of the Home screen.

*You can pair multiple devices to one account — useful if you have Aura Air units in different rooms or locations.

Navigation

The navigation bar at the bottom of the screen gives you quick access to everything in the app:

 

Tab

What it does

Home

Your device dashboard — shows all paired devices with live AQI readings and connection status.

Notifications

Air quality alerts, device warnings, filter replacement reminders, and license expiry notices.

Shop

Purchase official Aura Air replacement filters and accessories directly from the app.

Settings

Manage your account, update your password, set your language, configure notifications, and access the Maintenance Scheduler.

 

  • Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password? on the login screen to receive a reset link by email.
  • Can't log in? Make sure you are using the email address you registered with. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google.
  • Didn't receive a verification code? Check your spam or junk folder. Tap Resend Code to request a new one.
