The Users tab shows everyone who has access to your system along with their contact details and assigned roles. This is where you manage who can access your devices and what level of control they have.

User Table Columns
- User - Shows the name or identifier for each person with system access
- Roles - Displays permission levels like Owner, Admin, IT, Finance, or Technician
- Email - Contact information for system notifications and account recovery
- Date Added - When the user was first given access
Adding New Users
Click "+ Add New" to give someone system access. You can enter their contact info, assign roles, and set their access level.
Common User Roles
- Owner - Full system control
- Admin - High-level management access
- IT - Technical maintenance access
- Finance - Cost and usage reporting access
- Technician - Field service access
Quick Actions
- Edit user details with the pencil icon
- Remove users with the trash icon
- Search and filter users as needed
Tips
- Give users only the access level they need
- Keep contact information current
- Review user access regularly
- Remove access for users who no longer need it
