Understanding Your Device's LED Colors
Green LED
| Pattern | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Blinking green | Device is in listening mode, waiting for WiFi setup |
Blue LED
| Pattern | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Blinking blue | Connecting to WiFi network |
| Fast blinking blue | Successfully connected to WiFi, now connecting to cloud |
White LED
| Pattern | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Breathing white | Device is working normally and purifying air |

Magenta LED
| Pattern | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Breathing magenta | Device is in safe mode (see troubleshooting below) |
| Blinking magenta | Firmware update in progress |
Orange LED
| Pattern | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Blinking orange | Device cover is open |
Troubleshooting
Listening Mode (Blinking Green)
Your device is ready for WiFi pairing. If you need to manually enter this mode, press and hold the setup button for 4 seconds.
Safe Mode (Breathing Magenta)
Your device is trying to reconnect due to an internal issue. Our technical team is automatically notified.
To exit Safe Mode:
- Unplug device from power
- Wait 5 seconds
- Plug back in
Advanced Safe Mode Setup (Only if requested by support)
- Unplug device
- Wait 5 seconds
- Hold setup button while plugging back in
- Release button when LED breathes magenta
- Expected sequence: Blinking green → Fast blinking green → Blinking blue → Fast blinking blue → Breathing magenta
